This hand painted 48" x 36" oil on canvas scene represents a moment on the return from an assent to Medicine Bow Peak. When my kids were little they were crying how much further? Mom and I would patiently wait while they took numerous rest stops along the way to the top. Now that Mom and I are older they patiently wait while we cry inside thinking how much further (ha ha). Yeah it can be challenging physically to climb it, but most able bodied people can do it with a little patience and determination.
